Barre

Every Barre fitness class is a fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Focusing on the physical as well as the aesthetic benefits of lengthening muscles, while strengthening them. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training.

Pilates

Pilates is a fun and challenging way to build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone for a stronger, core and happier back. It focuses on precise movements emphasizing control and technique. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. You can expect to leave a class feeling “worked” yet relaxed.

Zumba

By combining aerobic cardiovascular exercise with upbeat Latin music tempos, Zumba offers a total body work out by combining the moves used in different Latin dances such as samba, mambo and salsa, as well as belly-dancing, hip-hop and martial arts.

High Performance Total Body Endurance Training

A fat-burning, heart pumping fun workout that will challenge your entire body! This class mixes both high and low impact alternatives and incorporate movements based on boxing and dance. Some muscle conditioning may be included at the end of class. cardio exercises to increase your heart rate to build strength. Bootcamp

We offer a fun atmosphere that encourages each person in every class to get fit! You’ll feel stronger, be more flexible and strengthen your core. With a bit of hard work you will burn away the fat, build muscle a have tons more energy. You’ll see your body start to change, appearing tighter in all those hard to change areas.

Kickboxing & Weights

Combining martial arts techniques and heart-pumping cardio, kickboxing is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat.
